Registration & Membership
No, you can order without signing up an account. However, when you open an account, you’ll be able to check out faster, save credit cards, see your order history and enjoy member benefits.
You can edit your profile details by clicking on the [Human] icon and choose [My Account].
You can click [Login] and choose [Reset here]. Password reset link will send to your mailbox.
Orders
-Log on to actionhardware.com.sg
-To add items to your cart, click on [Add to Cart] with your desired quantity.
-To review your items, click on the [Bag] icon located at the upper right corner of the page
-If you have any applicable coupon code, click on [Apply Discount] at Checkout and enter it. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
-Fill in your shipping address, select your preferred shipping method and payment method, discount code, acknowledge the Terms & Condition, then click on [Continue] to prcoedd with the payment.
**You can choose whether to log in.
We'll send you the ordering confirmation email with your order number.
The order status will also be sent to your mailbox.

Prices are subject to change - including temporary reductions as well as permanent increases. The prices of items in your cart represent the current price for which you will be charged.

Shipping/ Delivery
We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Click and Collect (Ready in 1-2 Business Days)
- Standard Delivery (Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 Business Days)
- Express Delivery (Next Business Day Delivery)
- For Click & Collect, it is free of charge.
- For Standard Delivery, shipping charge is SGD 4.50.
- For Express Delivery, shipping charge is SGD 15.
Receiving date is based on the delivery option you have selected.
We will determine whether the address can be changed based on the status.
If you order multiple times, you may get multiple deliveries. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you'll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
You can find your order number in any of the order status emails we send you.
We do our best to deliver your order on time, but occasionally it takes us a little longer. High order volume sometimes and our precautionary measures taken by us slow us down. And once an order ships, your package could be delayed by circumstances like severe weather or incomplete address. Please expect a delay in the delivery of your order.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. When you track your package(s), you can see which carrier is delivering your shipment.
When your order ships, we'll send you an email with the carrier tracking number (note: this is a separate email from your original order confirmation email). You can also access your tracking number on our website.
You can check your order status or track your order to see your estimated delivery date. Please note that this date is only an estimate, your order may be delivered slightly before, on, or slightly after this date.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

- Image of the item(s)/ parcel(s) received,
- Order Number,
- Name of the item(s), and
- Reason for Return
Once we receive your inquiry, we would advise further.
Unfortunately, all Click & Collect purchase will need to be returned in-store. We apologise for the inconvenience caused!
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 2-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item(s) must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return of the product

For Damaged item(s), we will examine them and advise. Refund will be made within 7 Business Days.
For Incomplete Item(s), we will proceed with checking and delivering to you within 3 Business Days. We will cover shipping costs.
If incorrect item(s) or item(s) do not match the order, we will arrange a courier to collect them from you. We will examine the condition of the returned item(s). Refunds or replacement of item(s) is allowed. If you request for Refund, we will process it within 7 Business Days upon receipt of the returned item(s). We will collect some personal details from you.
