Stainless Steel Grade Tester

SS316 Grade Detection Procedure:

• SS Grade detection for SS316 (more than 2% molybdenum)
• Ensure the steel sample surface is clean and free from any coatings, electroplating layers, or oxide layers.
• Place 1 or 2 drops of the solution on the steel sample, Compare the color of the solution with the provided color chart. A black color indicates the identification of SS316 grade.
• Perform the test within the recommended operating temperature range of 5-40°C.
• Handle the solution with care as it is corrosive. In case of accidental contact with clothing or skin, wash with plenty of water.
• As the test may leave a mark, drop it in an inconspicuous place on the steel sample.
• Store the solution away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
• The shelf life of the solution is 6 years.
